Fr. Mendez is on the left and the Arch-Bishop of Tijuana is on the right. The personage in the middle needs no introduction. Fr. Mendez has asked us to help with the ongoing remodeling of a residence for 3 bishops in Tijuana and for the construction of a chapel (Sagrado Corizone de Jesus) also in Tijuana.
